b9999 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and any supplementary materials published by b9999:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be a minimum of 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the b9999 platform. b9999 enforces this requirement strictly. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. b9999 will verify your age through CNIC-based KYC before processing any withdrawal request. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately, all pending transactions voided, and any deposited funds returned to the payment source.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To create a valid b9999 Account, you must:

• Provide a valid, active Pakistani mobile number that belongs to you and is registered in your name;
• Create a secure, unique password for your Account;
• Confirm your mobile number via SMS one-time password (OTP) verification;
• Confirm that you are 21 years of age or older;
• Confirm that you are not a resident of or accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual person may maintain only one registered Account on the b9999 platform. Operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited. b9999 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, b9999 reserves the right to merge accounts, close all but the first-registered Account, void any bonus credits associated with duplicate Accounts, and withhold any winnings generated through use of a duplicate Account.

2.4 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and throughout the lifetime of your Account. You must notify b9999 promptly of any changes to your registered information by contacting support. b9999 is not responsible for losses or service disruptions resulting from inaccurate information provided during registration or KYC.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your b9999 Account credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any OTP codes received. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. b9999 will never ask for your password via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or any other channel. If you receive such a request purporting to be from b9999, it is fraudulent — report it to support immediately.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

b9999 is required to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawals. You must submit valid CNIC documentation when requested. Failure to complete KYC within the period specified by b9999 may result in your Account being restricted to deposit and play-only mode, with withdrawals suspended until verification is complete. b9999 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation in cases where standard CNIC verification is insufficient.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

b9999 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving: suspected fraud, money laundering, underage access, violation of these Terms, account inactivity exceeding 24 consecutive months, or receipt of a valid legal order. Players whose Accounts are closed for reasons unrelated to Terms violations will have their real money balance returned to their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An Account shall be considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 24 months. b9999 will attempt to notify the registered mobile number prior to applying inactivity procedures. Inactivity fees may apply to dormant Accounts in accordance with b9999's then-current fee schedule, published on the platform. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to the player upon verified request.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

b9999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods, subject to availability in your region and applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa card, Mastercard, and OTC Cash agent. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed within the b9999 cashier at the time of transaction.

4.2 Deposit Processing

All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and credited to your b9999 Wallet. Deposits made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take 15–30 minutes depending on inter-bank processing. b9999 does not apply deposit fees for domestic Pakistani payment methods; international card deposits may incur third-party processing fees outside b9999's control. The minimum deposit on b9999 is PKR 100 for mobile wallet methods.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are available to fully KYC-verified Accounts only. The first withdrawal from any Account must use the same payment method as the Account's first deposit. b9999 targets the following processing times for verified Accounts: JazzCash — 5 to 15 minutes; EasyPaisa — 5 to 30 minutes; Raast/1LINK — 10 to 30 minutes; HBL/UBL/Meezan Bank — 30 minutes to 4 hours. b9999 does not apply withdrawal fees for domestic Pakistani methods; however, processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional security verification is required.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

b9999 is committed to full compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. All transactions are monitored. b9999 reserves the right to request documentation of the source of funds for any deposit or series of deposits that trigger AML monitoring thresholds. Withdrawals to payment methods different from those used for deposit, or to third-party accounts, are prohibited. b9999 will not process withdrawals to payment methods that were not used to make a qualifying deposit to the Account.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by b9999 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. These specific promotional terms supplement, and in cases of conflict supersede, these general Terms with respect to that particular promotion. Players are responsible for reading the applicable promotional terms before activating or accepting any bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in specific promotional terms, all bonus credits awarded by b9999 are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount. Bonus amounts and associated winnings remain in the bonus wallet and are not available for withdrawal until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied.

5.3 Game Contribution Rates

Not all game categories contribute equally toward satisfying bonus wagering requirements on b9999. Unless specific promotional terms state otherwise, the following standard contribution rates apply:

• Slot games: 100% contribution toward wagering requirements;
• Live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette): 15% contribution;
• Sports pre-match bets: 20% contribution (qualifying odds apply);
• Sports live in-play bets: 20% contribution (qualifying odds apply);
• Crash games and virtual sports: 25% contribution;
• Table games (RNG-based): 15% contribution.

5.4 Bonus Validity

All b9999 bonuses have an expiry date from the time of activation, as specified in the applicable promotional terms. Bonus credits and associated wagering progress that remain incomplete at the time of expiry will be forfeited without compensation. b9999 will not restore expired bonus balances under any circumstances.

5.5 Bonus Abuse

b9999 defines bonus abuse as any conduct intended to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. This includes, without limitation: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-variance betting strategies designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming engagement, or coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures. Detected bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

6.1 Game Integrity and RNG

All casino games available on b9999, including but not limited to slot games, RNG table games, crash games, and virtual sports, use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Certified Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published in the game information panel accessible within the game interface. b9999 does not modify certified game mathematics.

6.2 Bet Settlement

All bets are settled in accordance with the applicable game rules or sports betting rules published on the b9999 platform. For sports betting, b9999 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error, or where post-event information reveals that a bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Void bets are returned to the player's Wallet at the original stake amount.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on b9999. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market prior to bet placement. b9999 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

6.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that results in a game or bet not being completed as intended, b9999 will make reasonable efforts to determine the correct game state from server logs and settle the outcome accordingly. Where game state cannot be definitively recovered, the affected bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's Wallet. b9999 is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity failures on the player's end.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the b9999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any communication with b9999;
• Money Laundering: Using the b9999 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, or in any manner inconsistent with legitimate gaming activity;
• Underage Access: Registering or using a b9999 Account if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by an underage person;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker or multiplayer games;
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to place bets or interact with the b9999 platform;
• Exploitation of Errors: Taking advantage of obvious software errors, pricing mistakes, or technical malfunctions to generate artificial profits;
• Duplicate Accounts: Creating or operating more than one registered Account;
• Third-Party Account Use: Allowing a third party to operate your Account, or operating an Account on behalf of a third party;
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or reversals for deposits that have been used for gaming activity on b9999.

All content on the b9999 platform — including but not limited to the b9999 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics and audio, marketing materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of b9999 or its licensed content suppliers, and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the b9999 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any b9999 content for any commercial purpose without explicit written authorisation from b9999.

All game titles available on b9999, including Dragon Gate, Fortune Tiger, and all third-party game titles, remain the intellectual property of their respective developers and are licensed to b9999 for distribution on the platform. Player use of these games is subject to the relevant game developer's end-user licence terms in addition to these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, b9999 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the b9999 platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

b9999's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposits made to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

b9999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party service disruptions, or circumstances beyond b9999's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. b9999 will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.

Gambling involves financial risk. b9999 makes no representation or warranty regarding the outcome of any game, bet, or sporting event available on the platform. You acknowledge that you may lose the entirety of any amount deposited and wagered on b9999, and you accept this risk voluntarily.

b9999 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available at /privacy-policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

The personal data collected by b9999 — including your mobile number, CNIC details submitted for KYC, payment method information, and gaming activity records — is used for the purposes of Account operation, identity and age verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and legal compliance. b9999 does not sell personal data to third parties.

By registering an Account, you consent to b9999 contacting you via your registered mobile number for Account-related communications, including transaction confirmations, security alerts, and responsible gaming notifications. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time through your Account settings.

11.1 b9999's Commitment

13.4 Limitation Period
